For more details on participation in the Conference and registration, please contact the PETROCEM Conference Organizing Committee

1.	Please contact the Organizing Committee at the address indicated to obtain registration forms.	5.	Obtain confirmation of your reservation from the hotel and (if required) a visa support form
2.	Complete the registration and hotel accommodation forms you received	6.	Use the visa support form to obtain a visa from the Russian embassy or consulate in your country
3.	Forward the completed forms to the Organizing Committee	7.	If you have any problems with the visa please contact the Organizing Committee as soon as possible
4.	Complete the hotel reservation form received from the Organizing Committee and send it to the contact address of the hotel of your choice	8.	Obtain confirmation of your Conference registration from the Organizing Committee
